The CAO Pilón Robusto Extra is a unique cigar that utilizes a traditional 19th-century Cuban fermentation technique known as "Pilón." This method involves fermenting Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos, along with an Ecuadorian Habano seed wrapper, in circular piles, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile and excellent burn. The cigar starts with nutty and sweet tobacco flavors, transitioning to warm spice and creaminess in the second third, with a dominant cedar note. It finishes with a return to the initial harmonious flavors, enhanced by subtle pepper accents.
