These cigars are hand-rolled in Nicaragua using a blend of tobaccos primarily cultivated on Villiger's own plantations in Nicaragua, with some leaves sourced from Honduras. Known for their full-bodied strength and complex flavor profile, Nicaroma cigars exhibit notes of cocoa, wood, spice, and roasted aromas, characteristic of Nicaraguan tobacco. The name "Nicaroma" is a portmanteau combining "Nica" (short for Nicaragua, in homage to the local cigar makers) and "aroma," highlighting the rich sensory experience these cigars provide.
